Our shrink tunnels can be used for a wide variety of applications: laying bottles down, using full length PVC shrink sleeves, shrinking pre-form shrink bands over containers, using regular cut shrink bands, using as a curing or drying tunnel. Discharge slide on exit end of shrink tunnel easily moves completed packages away from shrink tunnel conveyor. Machines are free standing on locking casters so can be easily moved within your facility as needed, but can also easily be converted to tabletop use if desired.
Easy to operate: simply turn on power and heater, and adjust conveyor speed according to the thickness of the film. Put the package on the conveyor belt and the film shrinks tightly around the package as it goes through the tunnel.
EST110: Unit has a 20" x 16" x 6" fully recirculating chamber and runs on 110V. Max temp 400F; max speed 35 ft per minute. Comes with 12 ft power cord.
EST220: Unit has a 31.5" x 17.7" x 7.9" chamber and runs on 220V (single phase unit). Max temp 392F; max speed 20 ft per minute. Customer must provide their own plug.
