We can convert almost any file format but with some conversions there can be charges involved.
Macintosh files are always preferred.
Media accepted:
CD; DVD; DVD-RW; Zip disk; Jazz disk; 3 1/2" disk; 44, 88 & 200MB Syquest; 128MB Optical disk.
Accepted programs for files:
Adobe Illustrator, Macromedia Freehand, Adobe PhotoShop, Adobe Pagemaker, Quark XPRESS, Adobe Insight, CorelDraw. We support many other file formats so please call to discuss what needs you may have.
Always send a Hard Copy with your electronic file.
Please supply native files at all times including:
Links, fonts, and tracking values when needed. If in doubt, please include the file.
Fonts:
Please supply the screen and printer fonts or convert the text to outlines(paths). We have a strong library of fonts but unfortunately we do not have the entire Adobe font foundry at this time.
Photoshop files:
All files need to be a minimum of 300 dpi for 4-color process (4CP); 800 dpi otherwise.
4 Color Process:
For jobs requiring scans: Consult with your Sales Rep.
Specific Tolerances:
Minimum line thickness: . 007" positive or reverse.
Minimum size type: 3 point sans serif type for positive copy; 5 point sans serif type for reverse copy.
We will set all traps.
