Shopping Information

 

Do you have a minimum order?

We do not have a minimum order, however, a $10 small order service charge will be added to orders under $50.

 

Do you offer volume discounts?

We sell many of our items at less than full case quantities.  On those items, discounts apply once you get to full case quantities.  On items sold by the case, we offer discounts at 5 case and 10 case quantities.  If you are looking for larger volume discounts, please email your quote request to info@rgroup.com or call us at 866.747.6871.

 

Can I buy smaller quantities than the unit packs?

Unfortunately, we are unable to break up packages or cases into smaller quantities but most of our items are available as samples if you would like to test it out first.

 

How are your products measured?

Dimensions of boxes and bags are listed in the same order – side/side x front to back x top/bottom or on round containers – diameter x depth.  Most dimensions given reflect actual usable space.

 

How can I get samples?

We are happy to send samples!  We will send up to $5.00 worth of product for free, all you pay for is the shipping and handling.  Sample orders over $5.00 will be charged the per item price plus shipping and handling.  Orders will ship via US Mail twice a week unless otherwise requested.  Sample requests can be placed through our website by clicking the “Samples” tab on the top navigation bar, by calling us at 1-866-747-6871 or by emailing us at info@rgroup.com.

 

How do I get a catalog?

Do you accept returns?

Seasonal or discontinued merchandise sales are final.

For all other merchandise, returns may be authorized within 30 days of goods received with a 20% restocking fee.  Please call customer service at 1.866.747.6871 for a return authorization number.

 

How can I see my previous orders?

Your online order history can be viewed by logging into your online account under the “Sign In” tab on the upper right-hand side of the homepage.  Once you are logged into your account, select “My Orders” from the left-hand menu under “Account”.

If you called an order into one of our customer service representatives you will not be able to view that order online.  Please call us in that case and we will be happy to find a previous order for you.

 

Are you able to customize or personalize any of your products?

We love to customize packaging!  The easiest way to enter the world of personalized packaging is through hot stamping.  You will see the hot stamp icon  on product pages of items that can be hot stamped.

In addition to hot stamping, we can source just about any custom packaging product from boxes to bags to ribbons and more.  Just let us know what you are looking for!

 

Can I change my order after I submit it?

Our goal is to process your order and get it out the door as quickly as possible.  Please call us at 1.866.747.6871 and we are happy to make a change if your order has not yet been processed.


Orders typically start processing within 30 minutes of being submitted M-F 6:30am – 5pm PST.

 

Is it safe to use a credit card on your website?

Yes.  We take customer credit card protection very seriously.  We use Nexcess SSL to secure all online transactions.

How We Use Information

Our site uses an order and registration form so that you can request information, products, and services. Contact information (email address, telephone number, address, etc.) from the order form is used to send your orders and information about our company to you. Your contact information is also used to get in touch with you when necessary. Financial information (credit card numbers, credit card expiration dates, billing address, etc.) that is collected is used to bill you for products and services.

You may, from time to time, receive information from us about new features, new services, and special offers we think you'll find valuable. Also, we won't ever share your email or mailing address with other companies.  If you'd like to opt-out of receiving future mailings from Glerup Revere Packaging, follow the procedure outlined in the Opt-out section below.

Shipping Information

 

When can I expect my order to be shipped?

All in-stock orders placed by 12:00 PST will ship same day.  Orders placed after this time will ship by the following business day.

 

How will my order ship?

Orders are sent via UPS Ground Service unless otherwise noted.  Expedited freight service is available upon request:  UPS Next Day, UPS 2-Day and UPS 3-Day.

We can ship US Priority Mail upon request.  International shipments via priority mail require a signed release waiver.  Priority Mail shipments depart twice a week on Wednesday and Friday.

 

How do you calculate shipping charges?

Shipping charges are based on weight and dimensions of the product and your location relative to our warehouse.  Orders are sent via UPS Ground unless otherwise noted.

 

How can I check the status of my order?

If your order is shipped UPS, you will receive a tracking number directly from UPS.  If you have not received this number within 24 hours, contact us at 1.866.747.6871 and we would be happy to assist you.

 

May I choose my own carrier?

For all standard sized orders, we ship UPS.  If you have an extra large shipment, we are happy to arrange truck delivery or other methods of shipment.

 

Do you ship to international customers?

Yes, we ship to almost any country! Orders are transacted in U.S. dollars via a major credit card. 

 

Was I charged for my backordered item?

You are not charged for any item until it has invoiced and shipped. You will be notified within 24 hours M-F 8am – 5pm PST if you have an item on backorder.  Please let us know if there are items that will not be restocked in time to meet your needs. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

 

Will I be notified when my backorder ships?

Yes, if you have provided us with your current email address and opted in for email notices of shipments you will receive tracking information from UPS once your backordered item ships.

 

Will I be charged extra shipping on my backorder?

Total freight costs are calculated before your order is submitted. For backordered items you will not pay additional shipping costs beyond your original freight charge. You are not charged for any item until it has invoiced and shipped.
